    Our team will contact you again as soon as possible to analyse and qualify your requirements during an initial free telephone call (approximately 15 minutes).<\/div><\/div><\/li>

    Meeting to define strategy<\/h4>
    We will meet at the office or at your convenience for an appointment of about an hour, during which we will analyse in more detail the initial elements of your case and establish together an offensive or defensive strategy.\n\nThis consultation is the first step in building your case and will be charged at \u20ac100 before tax (\u20ac120 inclusive of tax).\n\n

    At the end of this consultation, our lawyers will propose a fee agreement that is tailored to your situation and the issues at stake, and that complies with the ethical rules of the legal profession.<\/div><\/div><\/li>

    Supporting you over the long term to defend your interests<\/h4>
    Several types of fee agreements are possible depending on the type of dispute, the time to be dedicated to the case, the research required and the importance of the stakes involved.\n

    \n\nNaturally, the firm makes every effort to minimise the fees payable directly by clients, by contacting their insurance companies and any legal protection they may have.\n

    This is a fixed fee for the entire procedure undertaken by the Firm. It generally applies to situations for which the work to be carried out by the lawyer(s) is easily assessable (e.g.: Divorce by Mutual Consent).<\/span><\/h5>

    Unlike fixed fees only, success fees consist of a fixed base fee and a supplementary percentage calculated on the direct gain or economy achieved for the client.<\/span><\/h5>
    This makes it possible both to limit the basic fee and to reassure the client of the firm's commitment until the dispute is resolved (the interests of the client and the firm being intrinsically linked).<\/h5>
    This type of fee can be applied to a saving made (in the case of a claim for a large compensatory allowance, for example) or can be used in certain sensitive cases (such as claims for compensation in connection with assaults, accidents or medical errors).<\/h5>

    Certain strategies will lead the firm to prefer non-judicial channels (carrying out consultations or research, etc.). Certain cases will also justify this method of fee payment.<\/h5>
    Fees are based on the time spent on the case, applying an hourly rate, which means that the client is billed appropriately and fairly.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
